Recently I slipped and broke my shoulder. I ordered an electric folding chair to assist me in/out of the bathtub. I spoke to Vince Kerton. I was extremely impressed with his 'customer relations' skills. He was very knowledgeable and offered to help me with any questions I had - even on his day off.
